Condition: Products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Premium range utilities
Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verification.
2. Return Process
Step 1: Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please log in to your account and navigate to your order history. Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose the reason for return.

Step 2: Schedule a Pickup
Once the return request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup from your address. Please ensure the product is packed securely in its original packaging.
For locations outside our service area, you may be asked to self-ship the item. In such cases, we will reimburse shipping costs upon receipt of the product.
Step 3: Quality Inspection
Upon receipt, the product will undergo a quality inspection. Once approved, we will proceed with your exchange or refund as per your preference.
3. Refund Policy
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account after confirmation.
Refund Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item passes quality checks.
Shipping Charges: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, you may initiate a return and select the exchange option.
Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested variant is unavailable, we will provide a full refund.

5. Cancellation Policy

Refund for Cancellations: Refunds for canceled orders will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
6. Return Policy for Special Items
Seasonal and Clearance Sales: Items purchased during seasonal sales or on clearance may be final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please check the product details page for eligibility.
Gift Returns: If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, please contact our support team. Refunds will be issued as store credit only.
