Setting up FAQs
1. Using the Tracking ID
Find Tracking ID: Check your order confirmation email or SMS from the SilverGlem website. Delhivery's tracking ID is usually a combination of letters and numbers.
Delhivery Tracking Website:
Go to the Delhivery tracking page. https://www.delhivery.com/tracking
Enter the tracking ID in the search bar.
Click on "Track" to view the shipment status.
2. Via SMS/Email
Delhivery or the e-commerce platform may send regular updates on your shipment via SMS or email, including tracking links.
