2. Product Warranty

Claim Process: To initiate a warranty claim, contact our customer support team at support@silverglem.com. You may be required to provide proof of purchase, photos of the defect, and the product’s serial number.
Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, accidental damage, or natural wear and tear.
3. User-Generated Content Policy
Reviews and Ratings: Customers can leave reviews and ratings for purchased products. By submitting content, you agree to grant support@silverglem.com the right to display, modify, and distribute your content across our website and marketing materials.
Content Guidelines: Reviews must be genuine, respectful, and free from offensive language. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines or is deemed inappropriate.

4. Price Match Guarantee
Eligibility for Price Match: If you find the same product at a lower price on another e-commerce platform within 7 days of your purchase, we will match the price. The item must be identical in brand, size, color, and specifications.
Exclusions: Price match is not applicable during clearance sales, special promotions, or on limited-edition products.
Claim Process: To request a price match, please email our customer support team with the relevant product details and a link or image of the lower-priced offer.
5. Environmental Responsibility
